All sales are final.

 

Because our mixes are food products packed to order in a home kitchen, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed.

 

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out to hello@mcneilmixes.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right with a replacement.
